You get 1 year warranty. It depends on whether scan will deal with it, but most likely not seeing as it's corsair offering it.

Thanks for that herulach. Presumably this means you'd need to post it back to the US though if Scan are not dealing with the warranty after 3 months?

I bought my H80i brand new, and it came with a 5-year warranty. I think Corsair is pretty confident in the quality of their products. I know that no product is perfect, especially with refurb stuff, but at that price, I wouldn't worry about it. As for performance, I run 4.4 GHz at 1.2V consistently, and full load temps (Prime95) hit about 75-80C. It never goes over 60C under normal use though, even while gaming. Idles at 30 with an ambient of 25. If this deal was around back when I was in the market for a cooler, I definitely would have jumped on board.

For the very best price/performance go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It is an extremely good air cooler despite its price and i have seen people reaching 4.6Ghz on one. Here it is:
