    The Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO is the best bang for the buck cooler at the moment....

    I've heard the hyper 212 evo is pretty good for the price.

    Just installed a hyper 212 evo on my 3570k. Took almost 20c off my max temps. Very impressed and easier to fit than I imagined.
