Unfortunately for some reason I can't install it. The installer runs, appears to complete, and then exits without actually doing anything. I'm going to try a restore on my PC and see if that helps.
Make sure its not running in the background, check the icons down by the clock and see if its there

My setup on the Aorus X570 is:
Two intake system fans, one exhaust. Radiator mounted to the top with watercooled CPU.
Fan curves using the Gigabyte Smart Fan software (install Gigabyte Apps, avoiding the bloat it tries to give you, install SIV):
Smart fan OFF (this can not keep up with the rapid temperature changes from Ryzen)
RPM Fixed mode ON
Rad fans: CPU T = 40-60C @ 1200RPM (40% max fan chooch), 70C+ @ 1891RPM (100% max fan chooch) (reported speeds)
Sys fans: CPU T = 40-60C @ 600RPM (40%), 70C+ @ 800RPM (100%)
I believe you can change this in the BIOS directly but I couldn't be bothered.
Bit late but if nothing seems to be working and cpu drawing alot of voltage you could try under volting there also programs that does this automatically online using ryzen master and clockturner or something like that to find whats best for cpu.
I would do Bios updates first, Reset to default settings re-paste cooler on CPU and then run test again.
I would imagine they have an answer by now
