    It's called Ryzen 5 5600X vs. Ryzen 7 5800X vs. Ryzen 9 5900X & 5950X: GPU Scaling Benchmark.
Thanks! I'll check it out. I'm playing in 1440p so I'm hoping a 3080 + 5600X will fetch 100+ FPS in FPS games.

Cool!, amazing that you got a 3080, I'm in serious need of a new GC, still rocking an Rx 580 8gb and I've just upgraded too! going from a i7 3770k to 5800x, 16gb 1800 to 32gb 3600, you defiantly can feel the difference in windows, even in games, small uplift in lowest frame rates and smoother feel.

Managed to snag one today myself from Amazon UK. £246 brand new but shipped from EU! Pretty happy with that one. Seems like some kind of tax thing because the price was £296 on the page but £50 less at checkout.

Good buy in these times! Kinda feel annoyed at paying £375 for a 5800x now! An extra 2 cores at near £60 each! Lol

Was aiming for a 5800X too on Currys clearance on eBay but they never have stock for long. Would've preferred one. But can't complain with the 5600X at that price.

I guess you are looking at £50 import duty then. Importing goods over £135 currently costs you.

Amazon should be able to do an internal postage to themselves, then forwarding it onto you from a UK warehouse, avoiding customs. Don't know if they do though.

Amazon never charge extra. It's all included. Any extra fees Amazon take the hit.

I also got this deal for £296/246, arriving Thursday, does clearly state if the charges are over the £50 deposit we wouldn't be changed, if they're less we get a refund so win win :-)

That is win win, I remember paying £225 for a 3770K back in the day not long after it came out, absolute bargain, lasted me 7 years, now passed to my son, hope these processors last just as long! hell it even has a good upgrade path!

    Re: Got my r5 5600x!

Could be worse, I couldn't get a 5600x for love nor money back in Jan but 5800x was in stock so I ended up caving and bought one for £430... fail!
