So I flick on the Xbox 360 to grab meself a quick blast of something.
But I can't sign into Xbox LIVE... After several attempts, I get a message saying that my account has been suspended due to an incorrect patment option.
Very likely my LIVE membership was on a card I cancelled because I lost my wallet, so that's fair enough, I'll just redo the account options.
The suspension message tells me to update my account payment options from the Account Management section within my profile.
Except when I go there and select Account Management, I get a message telling me I have to be signed in to Xbox LIVE to access these details... and guess what, to be signed into Xbox LIVE I have to update my account details... which I can't do unless I'm signed into Xbox LIVE.
So basically, I'm being told to go online to update my payment but until I update my payment I'm not allowed to go online... so there's no way I can update my payment!
AAAARRRRgggghhhh!
Oh, occasionally during tyring thjis process several times over, I do get a flash of a screen with membership options on it... then I'm dropped back to the Marketplace place and the helpful 'sign in' button.
Useless... absolutely bloody useless.
