Need a new game to play...(PC)

Hello guys.

I've gotten really bored with my current PC game collection, and now I need something else to keep me occupied for a while.

I like every genre you can imagine except RTS.

I was thinking about Mass Effect but I've gotten different responses from it, what do you guys think of it?

So, can any of you guys please let me know what recent games have really kept you playing them?

Recently played mass effect and although it was good i do think there's too much hype going for it. to me it's knights of the old republic but with real time combat instead of turn based (and obviously no force powers )

space seige i've also played and even though it was very linear and repetitive i actually couldn't stop playing. it is short though, took less than a day to complete it.....

playing gears of war now, and it makes quite a change from most of the shooters that are out.

my old favourite oblivion just keeps me going back.... if you haven't played it then get the game of the year edition, there's so much content in there you'll be occupied for ages!

Try out Star Wars Republic Commando, I already completed it 2 times and I'm still enjoying it now and than ;f

So long as your over 18 its a tad rude but its a great RPG with a good story. Has several different endings to.

Assassins Creed (I completed this on the ps3 but its also good on the pc)

Isn't GTA IV out any time soon? And If I'm not mistaken I think the mighty Fallout 3 is out next month.

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warefare - With out a doubt the best game I've played in years/ever?
Counter Strike Source - online only, but very addictive.
Hitman Bloodmoney - has some bugs and is a couple of years old, but replay value is very high.
Chronicles of Riddick - also a couple of years old but I was suprised by it.
