    Ghost Recon! Cannot uninstall KIDBUSTER

I have been playing Ghost Recon now for just under a year and i still think this game is brilliant! Unfortunatley you get the odd one or two cheats spoling and corrupting the games in which i play so regular in! So i decided to download a program called Kid Buster in which you enter the i.p address of server and then it will detect all players to see if they have hacked the program. But my version of Kid Buster was in french which is no use since i speak english and my version is easily hackable. I decided to delete it from my computer in Add/Remove items from control menu but the following messages occured
File name is not there > could not load language file > could not open configuration file > then 'are you sure you want to remove all components?
but still the program is still on my computer!
Please help me anyone as this kid busting patch is realy bugging me
