Left 4 Dead 2 - Midnight Riders, new DLC planned already?

A new site has popped up regarding the Midnight riders, and some rumours that it could be DLC for L4D2. If you click on the store button on site below, takes you to steam tshirt page..

One of the guys in the middle has a slight resemblance to Francis from L4D1? Older, or maybe a relative?

Yup, some of the dialogue suggests that the Midnight Riders where airlifted out safely before everything kicked off.

Regarding likeness, guy left middle basically wearing almost exactly same clothes, but with long hair and bigger beard and not as heavy. Although saying that the tattoos dont really match up between the 2 pics? oh well maybe his brother?
