Im literally buzzing with excitement for this one, but as moneys a bit of an issue atm, im going to wait for the demo, and as long as my expectations are met, (zombies, guns, multiplayer) then yeah il be adding my name to the pre-order list!

Havent got much money to set aside for L4D at this time but when its released i probably will, ive been waiting ages for this game and its still not out for a month . Im hoping gfx are better than half life 2 because times have changed a bit imo.

Co-op is the main part and if that sucks then, wont buy it lol. Hopefully this is really good.

Pre-ordered with Amazon, been following this for some time. Good preview here about playing from the infected's perspective.

Though the primary goal is to stop the humans, you are ranked within your group of Infected based on the highest damage caused, so maximizing your individual effectiveness will also be part of the competition.

Playing as the Infected, you'll have far more abilities at your command than the average zombie. Most importantly, you can climb up pipes and other ladders, allowing for surprising ambushes as you drop down from above

this could be a great game or very average. honestly can't see this becoming immensely popular just because it's not part of the mainstream even if it is coming from Valve

Yeah, but you could have said the same about Counter-strike back in the really old days and that became huge. Make a great game and word will spread and people will play it, besides it's not like popularity makes any difference to weather I buy a game or not.

Not sure if i'm gonna buy this or not, there are loads of games coming out in the next month and I can't afford them all

to the more hardcore orientated gamer yes popularity won't affect your purchase but to the casual gamer who're in the majority, will no doubt decide whether L4D becomes a mainstream game
