It will be released soon for PS2 but what about the PC version?

Loved VC but did wish that there was just a little more new things in comparison to GTA III.

Here I thought it would be like weeks! not months! I played them all but I never beat them... I always got to a mission I couldn't get passed But I still want this one!

if youd read the other GTA:SA thread you wouldve read that sony have exclusive rights to the game on PS2 for 2 months, so the game wont be out on pc (or xbox) til Christmas time at the earliest

I played the PS2 version of GTA3 and Vice City and wasn't that impressed. For the life of me I could see what all the fuss was about.

Six months after the release of the PS2 version of Vice City I decided to trade my PS2 copy against the PC version. Bejeezus! A different game. Absolutely loved it on the PC - nice hi-res graphics with mouse and keyboard controls. Played the whole thing through about 4 times, burning about 6 months of my life away on and off in the process.

I really hope GTA:SA is as good, although I don't see how. The locations don't seem as exciting as Vice City, the music just isn't my type, and some of the micro-management of your characters stats seem like they could quickly become frustrating. Still, I'm holding out hope. And I'll only buy once the PC version is out, which I guess means Spring next year, if the last releases were anything to go by. :-(

i will be definetly be buying this game, i will probably buy the ps2 version play that until the pc version comes out then flog the ps2 version .

well the pc is set for feb after ps2 has milked the cash i certainly wont be buying a ps2 i just stick with the old pc. The ultimate vice city mod is a good mod for fast cars etc

I'll probably get it for the PS2, since it's out sooner and, judging by Vice City, will come will glorious dts surround sound.

My Vice City is still only 68% complete, and ive done all the missions available to me.

lol proud to be 100% complted, and without cheats, i cantr wait for this tbh, the omnly letdown in gta vice city, was the criminally (pun so intended) small amount of motorbikes, and they werent fast enough, but roll on san andreas!!!!
