Just wondering - is there anywhere apart from Game you can get it? Also (probably a stupid question), when do they take money from your account? Normally, they take it when the game ships, but since you're effectively buying a beta test, I thought it might be slightly different.

If you phone gameplay (like I did this evening) they still have the boxes withthe additional beta testing though they are selling out fast.

Big Leon - Absolutely no idea yet. I habitually play ranger style characters but I need to do a hell of alot more research first. As for which side....well the Hexus posse has a certain Horde feel so far. Methinks it'd be a shame to spoil the parteh

I got the pre-order from gameplay. The beta key is yet to arrive (hopefully it's waiting for me at home now). The most accurate description of when the final beta is starting is 'Mid-December' so in about 2 weeks away, hopefully sooner!

I'll probably be playing as a Tauren Warrior although I played as a Night Elf Rouge in the US Final Beta and loved it, but the rouge class isn't available for the Tauren. I'm gonna have multiple characters anyway as it will only take around 2-3 months to get to lvl 60 (max lvl).

I already had the beta client installed after being in the final stress test. Purchased just the CD-Key then used an Australian address and zip code to create an account. After that used 'manage account' section to change all my details back to real ones. No problem at all. On the Kargath server which is great, low latency and no lag.

I actually got my key from a friend who lives in Toronto, but my brother purchased the key code from an online retailer www.gamersloot.com they look a bit suspicious but are totally legitimate and very efficient (or were in our case!). They'll e-mail a key code directly but don't send any boxes; expensive but I'd use them if needed. A Canadian store CD ROMshop will also ship titles to the UK, though I don't think they have any stock at the mo. Also a UK based company I've used in the past may have copies? Strategic plus they too have excellent customer services and have a good reputation.
