Meh. Bugger up a classic for a third time?
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
Which of the sequels did you like?
Don't get me wrong - I have purchased more copies of FO1, 2 and 2.5 than I care to admit, and played all 3 for more hours than I care to admit. That being said, 3 and NV were superior gaming experiences in every meaning of the word - and if it's required, I'll go out on day of release and buy a DX11 card, which I haven't done yet. Something the Witcher 3 couldn't convince me to do.

And I'd just my work pants on. Well, in the wash they go.
Me wants it! Me wants it NOW!
3 hours 6 mins - This best not be for some DLC for fall-out 3!

To be fair, that engine did give us FO3, NV, Skyrim and Dishonored. They did release The Evil Within and Wolfenstein:TOB on a new engine (the Wolfenstein:TNO was DX9, but truly horrible performance on cards older than the Kepler range)
Wouldn't break my heart either way - I'll be in line one way or the other.
I won't be so bold and make some claims that have as much to do with taste and preference than anything verifiable, but will say I've struggled to find any ounce of enjoyment in any Bethesda game. I thought them peculiar worlds filled bizarrely (and in fallout's case, overcrowded-ly) to the brim with wooden characters, half-arsed v/o, and lot's of tedious traipsing about . Original was the best IMHO.

It was confirmed a while back Bethesda would be using an id Tech based engine.
