won a copy of Hammerting from gamesplanet recently so been playing that. already helped bug fix a few major bugs ad found a weird one that only i had which resulted in a full crash report yet is completely unknown what caused it. 'IM HELPING!'
loads of updates on the experimental branch , opt in via r-click in steam > properties > beta tab.
racked up 40 hours in a few weeks,
also playing Dungeons III over on epic, newtactic is just dig out entire dungeon then start building rooms, nstead of trying to shoehorn in a library at one side and making it an odd shape, when theres a big 30x30 area on other side of map. I'm also routing the enemy invasions down through the same path too, so some walk around the entire edge of map before they can get in.
next game should be finishing off the 20 or so that i have installed - Nioh, darksiders 1 and 2, kingdom come deliverance, dying light (also won that on twitter - yey me), Shadow of Mordor - just picked up Shadow of War: Definitive for £7.99, and theres subnautia below zero to do too, not played that for last 3 updates so no idea on current story that they changed completely since I last played.
yes its a lot of games, its not like i can go outside much.
I seem to be going back in time.
Currently playing AoE2 - Definitive Edition and Command and Conquer 3 which actually looks pretty good in 4k.

I really enjoyed CnC 3, ahead of it's time. Some really huge maps and I loved the 3 different factions. Sadly people had moved on by then so it wasn't as popular.
I highly recommend Ashes of the Singularity, controls will take some learning if coming directly from CnC 3.
Thanks will take a look.
I only tried out C&C3 as saw someone playing it in 4k and sure enough in settings a 4k resolution is available. Was quite surprised and it looks pretty good and still plays as it used to. The old tank rush is still fun
Jon
I seem to have several on the go, at the minute.
I'm working my way through Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 still. It's a bit janky, but good enough that I bought the first two on sale, to try later.
I'm getting in some HALO whenever I can.
I'm also going through Spacebourne, which is a little Indy RPG one I think... might even just be one guy making it. It's still in progress and I had to restart everything after the last update, but it's surprisingly good gameplay despite the lack of voice acting and story variation. Looking forward to seeing where it ends up.

My next game is already preordered. I bought a 1500 dollar video card for it and have fine tuned it to perfection waiting for this game to launch. My system is primed and ready. I even have an alternate sound track lined up so that I do not violate the copyrighted music when I stream or record game sessions, Faderhead is launching new tunes on the 7th just for this. I cannot be more ready. Cyberpunk 2077 is GOTY in my eyes whether it gets the official title or not.
edit: Of note, Faderhead is providing BROAD permission to gamers to use his alternate sound track in game streams and recordings and will include a note of such in the insert. CDPR provides a method of disabling the provided soundtrack to not violate copyright, I do hope it also provides a way of direct importing external music.
I'm still working through Horizon Zero Dawn though it goes without saying really at the moment that Cyberpunk 2077 will likely be my next game. I'm looking forward to eventually playing Control and Disco Elysium too though they will have to wait until next year sometime.
Creeper World 4 just came out and I'm really enjoying it. It's a tower defence/RTS hybrid against a mass of blue goo. It's also a fluid dynamics sim that happens to be a good game.
My next game will probably be The Legend of Heroes:Trails of Cold Steel III. I'm waist deep in that (sub-) series at this point.
I thought it would be Empire of Sin, but after two days with this half-baked bug-fest I got so dissapointed.
Going back to Wasteland 3 and awaiting CP2077 like the North does the sun.
Just finished Bioshock Infinite and now I'm playing Cyberpunk 2077
After that I'm thinking AC Valhalla or Control
Quite unexpectedly I've been playing NBA2K20 quite a bit. My brother wanted to do something socially and we both enjoy basketball so I grabbed that. I'm having a lot more fun than I expected! There's a bit of a learning curve to it but it definitely adds to the feel of accomplishment.
Also, recently picked up and finished the Tales of Monkey Island 5 episode series. That was a decent return to the world of Guybrush Threepwood! Shame Tales have since gone under since they were clearly setting up for a sequel.
Next game will likely be Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Switch, only because the kids are getting one for Christmas! First time I'll have owned a console since the original Xbox. Felt like a kid again looking through the games and controllers in Game. Tempted to grab Fire Emblem 4, or maybe a Xenoblade Chronicles game.
Then again, next one for myself might be Horizon Zero Dawn since I just spotted it's available on Steam, and I thought it was only a PS exclusive.

My next game is Cyberpunk 2077 when they release the final version in 2025

I know what you mean although I'm not quite so pessimistic I'd give it 2-3 months, depending on how much of a struggle last gen console issue are.
it's almost like a new crysis in terms of pushing hardware, Think I might go back to Battletech until I can upgrade my system
