GTR recreates the thrill of driving some of the world's most exotic sports cars, such as the Ferrari 550 and 360, Lamborghini Diablo and Murciélago, Chrysler Viper GTS-R, Porsche 996 and Saleen S7-R, on some of the world's most exciting tracks, including four of the official Formula One circuits.

The game creates as accurate a simulation of the FIA GT Championship as is technically possible, while also providing an immersive and fun arcade mode option. The game spans an extensive single player mode, as well as a full-featured multiplayer aspect, including online competitions.

Featuring a highly detailed physics model that ensures each car drives just like its real-world counterpart; tracks built using Global Satellite Positioning data, and car specifications provided by each of the actual FIA GT racing teams, GTR is the most accurate simulation to date of the world's greatest super cars, driven on the world's most celebrated racing tracks.
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.

although its 16 cars, its really just 4 models with different liveries
the Diablo isnt included in the update because of legal shenanegans but it should be available soon.

Don't know what the 5 new tracks are though - havent heard much about them yet

Racing online in a night race is worth the £30 alone

The road textures in NFSU2 are utter crap!

Apart from that the game is amazing.

If you want pure gaming, then NFSU2, its not totally realistic, but it provides the thrill.

If you're looking for the ultimate PC driving 'experience', then its GTR without a doubt.

FlatOut is fantastic especially at a LAN. We played it lots at i22 and loads of people kept coming over to ask what it was

NFSU2 is Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooring. It's so dull and arcadey, it's unreal. Just car porn for To Fast To Furious wannabes. Oh, i have crashed into a wall at 150 miles an hour and, wow look, not a scratch and i just keep on going! where is the fun in that? Realism is where it's at for me personally. The funs in the driving, not gay underlighting. Personally, I would check out TOCA RD2, CM4/2005 and Richard Burn's.
