    Unreal Tournament 2007 *56k warning*

According to Steve Polge, lead level designer, UT2007 is going to be a larger shift than UT2004 was from the original Unreal Tournament. Everything has been written from scratch with the highly popular Unreal Engine 3.0, new physics engine, and presumably brand-new netcode that takes advantage of stitching maps together and streaming information from the server to the client.

PS 3 looks even more awesome. Tim Sweeney actually had the engine running at the PS 3 press conf apparently.

Not often I say this, but I just had to pick my jaw up off the floor!

That UE3.0 engine is seriously good.

The U2 engine was incredible, it was extremely effiencient and ran everything beautifully even with a low spec system. In fact, i could run U2 on an MX440 at 1600x1200 with a decent frame rate

Yeah Kezz...but remember this time Tim Sweeney has pullled out all the stops and rightly so. IN fact he has said that anything below a DirectX 9 class hardware wont be able to run it and that the current DX 9 hardware will be supposedly able to run it a lke 1-2 fps...so if you have anything below a 9800 you are screwed...I would think the minimal requirement for all the bells and whistles is a top of the line 6800 ultra...cause the ATI vdo cards dont have SM 3.0. Hell I would feel more comfortable if that was an Ultra SLI setup!!! But yeah it looks awesome. A splinter cell game based on that engine would really rock.
