    Halo on PC

A friend returned from the USA with a copy of Halo in his mits, so went round his place and gave it a bash last night.
Haven’t laughed so much in ages, its a great game. I have played various FPS for a few years, hidden and dangerous, alien vs predator, all the rainbow six games, perfect dark, UT, UT2K3, and recently was in a dod clan and still play dod more than anything else. And to be honest wasn’t expecting much from Halo, hadn’t played it on xbox. But this game is good no its better than good its great. Mainly because its fun and rather varied.
Halo combines plain old blasting with a rather surprising stealth side, rather than blowing vehicles up its much more fun to snipe the driver before he gets into it, jump aboard and run everybody over. Don’t leave your motorbike thing parked outside trigger the doors jump back on and go for a spin inside, works in even the smallest corridors. Enemies are a good grin as well, little runt things with crap guns, but there grenades stick so if they get too close are a right sod. But kill a few and use the nades against their friends, they tend to panic when you stick a nade on them. Will definitely get this when it comes out, cant wait to try online, might even get an xbox to play it on the tv half drunk against my mates. I even like the story, its like fighting on ringworld (Larry Niven).
    Runs very happy on a radeon 8500 64mb, Atlon 2500, gig 3200ddr
    GET IT

Right im off to run some more people over

heh, its a good game, i played a bit of the single player - kinda one level of it... then played a bit online, and its a pretty sweet game, but i'm unsure if it'll fulfil the gap between now and half-life2 .

Its out in 3 days officially at long last. Pretty cool really as I'm off this weekend so I'll be able to buy it and play it over the weekend. Loved the X Box version so this is gonna be real cool and there shouldn't be any slowdown on it either.

If he was sending you a copy, do you think he'd tell you his real address ?
