A show on tv a while back, what was its name?

Just read the thread on gamesville and it reminded me to ask this question.
A while back there used to be a game show on tv where peeps had to play all type of simulations, such as running on tread mills while their progress was represnted as a character running against other competitors on a computer game. It was hosted by Craig Charles and he used to say " Awoooooga" a lot. I have a funny feeling patrick more did some voice overs as well (its not games master).
The game show ended with a VR battle. It all seems so primitive now but at the time it was soo cool. Does anyone remember the show im talking about or maybe even what its called?

I used to like games master and the other one on sky where they used to play against the in house guys. Can't remeber its name but it was on a 6pm. Funny how there doesnt seem to be many comp/tv progs on.

Spose the market is declining, a lot of people who likes games etc dont like admitting it for fear of flaming from peers etc.
