You know the episode in the Simpsons when Homer is on a diet.... Homer reads his weight from the scales, but being needle based they swing between high and low values, "300lbs !! it can't be ", "o only 125lbs", "250lbs !! o my god".. (you get the idea)

Yup, value confirmed that its not delayed, it was a hoax made up by somone that spread quickly onto games sites :\

no doubt they released the rumour to hype it up, ah well atleast everything's back on track

have never played the single player, only multi, which was great fun over a lan we had back at school

hype will kill it imo! im expecting it to be as crap as the first one, hten it will seem better whn i play it. the 1st it was one of the only games i compleated but it got boring halfway
i only compleated it becuase i dont compleat most games
so im hoping it wont be sooo scripted and repeating like the 1st
I have to say the first one kept me enthrawled right up to the end. I think HL2 will genuinely be worth the wait. The developers dont seem to be rushed. They have almost unlimited cash. And they seem to realize what it was that made the first one so good.
