    What are you playing?

    me = bored.

    so what games are you playing? im not very motivated to play games atm they dont seem fun anymore

    last games i played were maxpayne2, and bloodrayne, of which i havent compleated either due to lazyness and getting stuck on both
    how do you cheat in mp2? need to use god mode for a few seconds because ive ran out of health compleatly and im at a bit where health wouldnt really help cos its hard, oh and i saved over my other save

    Currently Commandos III: Destination Berlin.

    A mixed bag, if ever there was one.

    It looks great, but for some reason, is locked at 800x600 res, and the graphical options beyond that as 'high' or 'low'. Really gives my Zelman cooled 9800pro a few hours rest, when I play it.

    It’s also insanely hard, to be honest, to the point of being more an exercise in frustration than actually being fun... but then, at times, it’s really compelling and rewarding.

    The second Mission 'Protect General O'Donnell' took me about 2 hours. A brief fire fight at the beginning, then my 3 blokes legged it to the top floor of some ruins, and there was nothing I could do but lob grenades down whenever a few Germans crossed the bridge and occasionally dash out to nick some ammo from the dead soldiers, and get back, before being killed.

    The AI, is like everything, very mixed. Sometimes excellent, like the almost random way the soldiers act; patrolling different routes, and stopping at random, and sometimes bit silly, like the situation where you have to enter the tent of a high ranking officer and nick his uniform.

    First time, I used a syringe of knock-out stuff, he fell to the ground, and I tied him up. Apparently, this alerted the guard outside, who ran in.

    Next time, I emptied 40 rounds into him, from my sub-Machine gun, and the guard twiddled his thumbs outside. Obviously.

    Like I say, sometimes fun, sometimes frustrating and clumsy. Sometimes the game wows you, sometimes you wonder how anyone could release such a shoddy product.

    Still, got Need for Speed Underground waiting to be installed, when I get my hands on a game pad...

    NFSU and call of duty

    I agree on the midnight club 2 thing as well, despite it being a good game its not as good as NFSU (although the variety of levels is better).
