Suggest me a racing game

Hi all,

Just wanting you to suggest me a graphically good racing game for the pc. I've got LFS for a wee bit of realism but am fancying something with a bit of eye candy, if such a racing game exists?

Gtr 2 ftw - doesnt play on a few gfx cards as my mate found out with his geforce 5500 but is an excelent game!

well it depends.. PGR3 are for kids or ppl who dont want to think (no pun intended, but the driving isnt much fun)... GTR2 and GTR are for men.. and GT Legends are for men with a touch of upper class..

GT Legends for the serious racer, Flatout 2 for the craziness and fun, and Need for Speed Carbon for a tuning mix.

well, for me Carbon was a waste of time.. MW went ok as it did have some fun factor in it.. but Carbon is just bollocks..

NFS:carbon is fun, but if you don't like the old ones you wont like this. Same ... different city basically. Same cars, same police voices, same plot, similar soundtrack and so on. not much has changed.

I've enjoyed Carbon but the difficulty when you get onto the last section (pink area on the map) the difficulty soars and it starts to get frustrating. Felt that Most Wanted was better.
