I enjoyed it during beta and for a bit when the game was released but it's not really that great. It does depend on your guild A LOT though, get a great guild, that friendly and helpful and you'll have a great time.

Problem with when I played is I couldn't put as much time into the game as my fellow guild mates, so I was left virtually on my own, trying to grind my way up to 60 which wasn't much fun at all. If you don't mind giving the majority of your life to the game you'll probably enjoy it (and loath it at the same time, since you spend so much time with the game, even the smallest annoyances get very frustrating sometimes).

Has Veles said, guilds make this game. I've been playing for 2 years now and I'm in a great fun guild, we moved to wow from daoc. Without doubt if I was not in a guild like this I would not still be playing.

Having said that, don't let it put you off. It's a great game, and you will find a guild that suits you if you playing long enough.

lol Well from what I played last night... I'm a little underwhelmed atm but i've giving it a fair crack before I make my mind up. Interacting with other (real) people is fun tho - I was in tears when there was about six of us doing 'dance'

To be honest, the game does not start, for me at least, until you start doing end game content. The levelling is just a pain, although can be fun if you have a nice gruop.

It took me 20 days of playtime to get my first char to 60, but you will need to get to 70 for end game now. It's a great game if you can get in a nice guild. Stick with it for a while

Oh, I wouldn't say that - The 10 levels are a pain, sure. I took dangel to the AH for his first time.

1-40 are nice leveling
40-50 is alright but bit of a grind
50-60 I found very annoying, because all the server was either already 60 or just grinding alts it was impossible to get groups for the instances at that level

Even tho I've had the game since release I can never stick to a character (I call it Altoholism - if fact I started the guild called that on 3 servers) so my 1st Character hit 60 last saturday with 8days 13hours /played time
