Sig - Avatar rules?

Hi,

I'n new to this place - just signed up. Can't seem to find rules for signature size or avatars etc could someone point me in the right direction or just quote them directly please?

(don't even think I have posted this in the right place!! )

also in case its not mentioned. i think av's are 98x98pix and anything over 4 lines for a sig is frowned upon as far as i can rememeber

and you have to have 500+ posts before you can use an avatar.... actually I'm going to go see if I can add mine yet...

Is there any way to alter the white background its really busy and cofusing to read, does this forum have skins?

Chicken, there should be an edit avatar option in the user control panel somewhere.

Welcome to the boards mishima. Iirc you can change the look of the forums in your user control panel though you may get used to it

Thanks . I've had a look but can't seem to find anything that allows me to alter the skin/theme

nope. i had a look as well.

It's probably because Hexus have customised the default skin so much, it would be very time consuming to change other skins as well.

So why cant they just modify the web page section where you add the avatar so it tells you that you have to have 500 posts? Or am I just too much of a programmer?
