Heh, I worked at M&S for the past year and a half, so as a student I've been living off markies ready meals, then before I left I bought 3 freezer drawers worth of meat, and it was all dead cheap.

I used to like staff shopping and Christmas Eve was the best. I'd wait for all the cakes to be knocked down to silly prices before purchasing them

Once I went home with about 9 carriers full and it cost me next to nothing

Anyway - If I do pasta I generally mix some mayonaise and a few spices before adding to the pasta. Then to this I add a nice liberal grated portion of cheese such as colliers strong welsh ceddar or even Canadian Cheddar and then some thinly sliced and chopped smoked ham.

    Stir, dish out and eat.

Simple food and ideal for munching on at 10/11 at night

Slightly on topic: Best thing to spice up a bland Hawaiian pizza is shedloads of West Indian hot pepper sauce and Tobasco

    Pasta: the secret.

Eat small amount....wait 15 minutes....then eat small amount.

Its the pause as the body startsa to digest it you gotta wait for,

And as for going to the local petrol station for all that other stuff....you my man are mad!
