About LinkBacksHeh, I worked at M&S for the past year and a half, so as a student I've been living off markies ready meals, then before I left I bought 3 freezer drawers worth of meat, and it was all dead cheap.

Anyway - If I do pasta I generally mix some mayonaise and a few spices before adding to the pasta. Then to this I add a nice liberal grated portion of cheese such as colliers strong welsh ceddar or even Canadian Cheddar and then some thinly sliced and chopped smoked ham.
Stir, dish out and eat.
Simple food and ideal for munching on at 10/11 at night

i love pasta, we go through it like its going out of fashion in our house!
we bought a pasta recipe book from asda so we have at least 2 pasta dishes a week, mmmmmmmmmm yummy!
i too am a lover of pasta and noodle type things. at the moment its that, 35p pizzas from sainsburys. and omletts with hot sauce in them put inside pitta breads. mmMMMmm

Garlic, red onion and Chorizo sausage quick fried in olive oil then added to penne pasta is my fave invention of the year !!

Eat small amount....wait 15 minutes....then eat small amount.
Its the pause as the body startsa to digest it you gotta wait for,
And as for going to the local petrol station for all that other stuff....you my man are mad!
