Buying concert tickets online

Ok, im looking at buying 2 tickets to see arctic monkeys in Cardiff international arena. The problem im having is i cant find a proper seating plan for the event online so i dont really know wot tickets im buying

Looks like i can get Balcony 2, Row A.

Has anyone ever been to this arena at all and knows what the seating is like? and whether that will be any good?

I dont want to stand and was after balcony, jsut not sure whether it will be too far away.

Has anyone been to this venue before?

Sorry, never been but most ticket website have this layout for the concert.
