    Unfortunately this serves no purpose

Allready her sentance has been reduced and she's serving it in a 'special' area of the prison reserved for celebrities. We all know that this 'special' area will more than likely be a pretty nice place to spend a couple of weeks.

After being released she'll be doing the whole...

"Yeah, I served my time, it was tough, I understand how hard it is now, I'm so sorry..."

... line of ****. For years afterwards she'll keep on bringing up how she's just like a real person as she's 'done time'.

She drives on public roads like everyone else, she's governed by the same laws as everyone else, make her serve her time in the same standard of prison as everyone else !.

(can you tell I hate her ? )
    I'm not fat and I'm not 40

basically agree with the above, why bother sending her to jail if shes not going to expirence what its about?

stupid. Really does quite anoy me how these people get away with so much.. pete doherty, george michael, her they get caught drink dirving, on drugs all the time and nothing major has come out of it.. if i got caught as many times as doherty doing the same things i would be in alot of law trouble.

Just seems that if your rich you dont really have to worry about things as you will get treated different to the rest of the world. sucks

perhaps this attitude towards her is one of the reasons the moronic twins in big brother her quote her as their idol,

do what you want, live a "fab" life style, and your above the law, its cool to be like her etc etc..........perhaps one of the reasons people use her as a role model.

Personally i think it's a shame they can't keep her there. Infact i'm surprised she hasn't got the cameras in to document her short, sweet stay in prision.

I don't understand why these morons are allowed to get away with so much, but i'm sure there downfall will come eventually.

I suppose if you look at it from the prison warden's point of view he needs to ensure the rest of the prisoners are kept in reasonable check. If he puts an A-list celeb in with the hard cons they'll annihilate her in a matter of hours which is more trouble than it's worth for him. Plus I doubt any prison would want the news that a celeb ended up getting killed or mamed.

Not that I support it, I'd rather see her serve her punishment 'properly' but at the same time you have to think about the practicalities of running a safe and efficient prison.

It sets a great example for the kids whose role-models these people are that they whinge and get let off / reduced sentences doesn't it!

As far as bad influences go, backing down on punishment because the poor little celebrity can't cope with the thought of not living in luxury for their crimes imo is faaar worse than the influence on kids from the actual deeds that the celebrity did.

    For now.

he crashed into you on drugs, whined and he would get community service I know it, as said its just a shame. give him a good kicking anyhow.

As said though its also a point that paris would get by other inmates i think, but i think although she should in all fairness be kept seprate, i think it should be a plain cell nothing fancy in it, just the normal, very much like the one that you spend the night in when you got to drunk. that would be the best plan.

Is she capable of stringing together enough words to create a book ?

She cant even remember to refuel her car.
