I know it's an act but it's far too convincing to be funnyThey're actually just like that up here. What's worse is some of the comments on the 'Tube from people who seem to be defending the guy, thinking he's genuine, and someone to be proud of. God help us.
As someone who faced these type of threats daily from the lovely neds who were trying to steal Berghaus jackets from the Ski dept of the store I worked in at the time, it brings back bad memories *shudder* They didn't even attemppt to do it subtly, they just walked in, lifted one, then threatened to meet us outside at closing time if we stopped them. "After you sir, would you like a carrier bag?"... "SECURITY !"
