after all in a few years time i reckon a lot more places will be non smoking.

everywhere already is, i know it sounds weird but to stay a smoker takes more willpower than to quit imo, as 90% of my mates hate smoke and every time i wanna a fag i have to go outside in the cold.

hell yeh skeps, i'm eatin like a MOFO. i'm on my 5th pack of gum of the day, and i've just been eatin loads at work 2nite. wish this stuff wasnt so addictive, and to quote the great man Homer Simpson - 'cold turkey isn't as delicious as it sounds' .peace.

i quit back in the summer, haven't had a single cig (or spliff) since then, i was on about 30 a day.

i went cold turkey, difficult for the first couple of weeks then it gets easier, guess most of my smoking was due to boredom.
