went last year and really enjoyed it.

a hint, if you want to watch a headliner on the second stage, go the back way to get to the stage so you are watching from the left (stage right)

this way you will avoid the crushes from the huge number of people who go from the V stage, and have a better view because they wont all be pushing through you to get to the front halfway through the set

Thats if they have it in the same place as last year... it was different last year to where it was the 2 years previous.

Have a wicked time - I'm usually at Weston Park but can't go this year!

I am, unlike last year at leeds tho there doesnt seem to be much information on the camp sites. At leeds we decided to camp on the brown site. (i think) i because it was a "quiet site" and im glad of it. The others were all full of drunk 17 year olds being muppets not sure what the crack is with V. Not sure im actually looking forward to it that much now - Leeds put me off and im sure to get ripprd off everytime i want a bottle of water

Im camping the weekend yeah, not sure what site yet... Its all a mystery till I get there. I have heard V isnt as bad as a lot of festivals, but never been before so cant confirm that.

I am going just for the saturday mainly for the Killers and Kasabian. Aint been to V before but went to Glastonbury in 1995, Reading 1991 and Phoenix 1993 saw some great bands at those festivals Nirvana being very memorable and not so memorable the stone roses cancelling at the last possible minute and i am sure this will be as good!

ive heard the same thing that V is a bit more "family" orientated so im hoping there wont be as many idots but i cant see it really how do u police thousands of people?
