Methinks they have a canned response equivalent to "we know it's crap, we know we haven't delivered it/have delivered the wrong item/have delivered a broken item/have delivered to the wrong address - and WE DON'T CARE! Now stop bugging us."

I've not had a problem with them either. Just don't like their delivery options any more. Used to be great, free delivery with orders over £100! They really need to do a competative next day delivery.

To be fair it only took them 10 working days to shaft your e-note.
Back to the end of the queue you go.

I've never had a problem with them before but they are really getting to me this time

To cut a long story short i've been waiting a month for an order which then turned into 2 orders as one item was out of stock so i edited my basket to put the out of stock item on its own to get the other stuff delivered in a hurry,i made sure all items were in stock and payment was taken instantly.Today my order was supposed to be delivered i get an enote telling me that 2 of the items i ordered are out of stock and can't be delivered.

So basically they've sold by stuff to somebody else the bunch of tards
