ebuyer and next day delivery

I ordered from ebuyer yesterday about 2pm and paid for next-day delivery.. about £3 more than 3-day delivery.

Current order status is 'Awaiting dispatch' even though it also says 'Deliver by: Tue 5th Aug 2003
(Next Business Day Delivery*)'



Anyone else had experience of this and managed to get a postage refund from ebuyer? I'm just wondering if it's worth bothering asking.

It should be £2.50 more for next day.
Also are you sure everything was in stock when ordered ?, somtimes the site makes mistakes.
And yes, if you ask, they usually do give you a free P&P credit

Yes they had about 70 in stock.. still got 66 in stock right now.

Yeah it is £2.50, indeed Not the money I'm so bothered about, though I will ask for the refund, more the principle and the fact I expected to have it here now.. bah!

In my experience, ebuyer's next day delivery isn't.

It's usually a good idea to add another day on top of ebuyer's delivery times as it usually takes an extra day to get it out of their warehouse.

There isn't a clause in the small print that says if ordered before 11am or summin to qualify for next day delivery?.

I ordered about 2pm.. it told me it would be delivered tuesday.. it said 'awaiting dispatch' on monday evening.. oh well. It's been dispatched now anyway.

Is the mon not a bank holliday ?
If so that could be the reason then.....

gah, I hate waiting on deliveries anyways. I live in an area that seems to be on the end of every delivery route....

3-4pm is my usual time for arrivals :'(

Also, ive never had an order come late ! , only early ! (i probably keep them afloat with the amount i order off them though ! )

for me ebuyer r my main choice from where to order stuff, never at a prob with their nxt day delivery yet, as opposed to komplett!


from what i've read of ebuyers customer support however, dont u will see a refund, u never know though

I have had next day delivery after selecting super saver delivery

Ebuyer are the best computer company IMO.
