    Re: Tube Strikes

Luckily I cycle the short distance from Kennington to Clapham every day so the tube strike doesn't affect me. And even if it did, the Northern Line seems to be operating as normal. Life is good

    Re: Tube Strikes

just been to tottenham court road and back. No problems on the northan line, no overcrowding. At least some people are doing their job! (swimmingly considering what the extra load must be). However getting to victoria, which i want to tommorow (.net event at MS victoria) well that could be intresting...!

But what gets me is how all the RMT members would complain if I striked. They'd have no pension at all! MWHAHAHAHA that would teach the cnts.

    Re: Tube Strikes

Took me 3 hours to get into work this morning (2.5hrs on bus ). Surprisingly Oxford st was the quietest and quickest leg of the journey. I have to pass through Victoria and then onto Clapham.

I tried a differnt route on the way home and got home in just over an hour.

Probably the most pointless strike I've seen. There was no purpose and RMT don't seem to want to negotiate, when the other two unions pulled off the strike.
