I have to say that Christmas just isn't Christmas for me unless there's a real tree, preferably stinking the place out with pine scent..

I'm more of the exploding decoration factory school but that's mainly because most of the decorations have great sentimental value (some are WWII vintage!) and whenever I see them, it's like meeting old friends again.

Usually, I'm a bit of a bah humbug merchant but I'm looking forward to it this year - which probably means it'll be bobbins!
