Time to get a desktop wallpaper that says in big letters "Don't forget your cuppa!". Right, I'm off to go put the kettle on, again.

well, just try to drink it before you do anything else.
that's not my case because i love cold tea.

Re: Damn it! Don't you just hate it when your tea goes cold?

The thing with microwaving a cold cup of tea is it can only come out the microwave a) the same temp it was when it went in, or b) hotter than the core of the sun.

    10 seconds - still cold.

15 seconds - thermo nuclear tea.

Mind you, cold tea is bad, but some people drink tea without milk - errrrgh, or with sugar - double errrgh.

My worst tea nightmare though (which has never happened) is I make a cuppa, put it on my desk, I'm sipping it occasionally, and then I take a sip AND NOTICE A SPIDER OR A MOTH FLOATING DEAD IN MY TEA!!!!!!!!

    Hope that never happens.

I once lifted the lid of the kettle to change the water & found a dead mosquito in there.

and tea, white & at lest one sugar. And no skimmed milk, semi skinned is acceptable, but skimmed milk, it's just opaque water isn't it.

True, you have a point. but at least if it's thermo nuclear it can cool down again. (but don't leave it to go cold again coz I just think ti's wrong to nuke tea twice.)

I drink random tea's sometimes without milk or sugar, Earl Grey for instance.
Theres also a client I go see sometimes who has a really random assortment of tea's where I just drink it sometimes not knowing what it is, sometimes I get milk n sugar sometimes I dont...

I've just inadvertently run into another pet peeve. Don't you hate it even more when you're dunking a biscuit into your tea and it breaks! Bah.
