    you'd thinks so wouldnt you? well no one in my close knew anything about it, my mum apparently gave them a mouthful this morning, and asked what it was they were actually DOING, and they said "they're making a bus lane" BUS LANE MY BAHOOKIE! grr! she also informed them they shouldnt have started digging up the road until all the cars had been moved as we hadnt been informed about it going on and so never knew we had to move the cars.

    i saw a thread callled the most pointless thign the council have ever done, and expected to see an arial picture of stourbridge.

    yup councils are known for their retardedness. Look at the tyneside council, they spent £300,000 on a new logo that was the same one with a different colour, silly beggers. wasting our money is all they are doing.
