I can agree with that for the past 2+ years ive been up between the 6 and 7 mark, with only saturdays being my lie in! (Sundays=work) sunrises are good, but I do like watching the sun set in the evening sat in the garden with a drink in my hand! + ideally a bbq, but its not august all year round!
Been at work since last Wednesday, 7 in the morning came as a bit of a shock as I had been off work for 10 days and had been getting up when it was light.
Quite glad we were back last week though, it was a nice gentle way of going back, couldn't have coped with this morning being the first day!
Im beginning to stall now! Should have got a sofa bed in the server room ...
I must admint I'm doing more social planning than actual work... but at least i can get away with it now

I'm doing loads of actual work, mainly because I'm at home as I can't work very well in the office thanks to all the foot traffic in my office.
What takes me a day to do at home would take the better part of 2 days to do in the office.

Ah, my dad has a General Manager Cat and a Chief Exec Cat so get's plenty done at home.
General Manager cat has been known to participate in conference calls with the DfT and RBOS.
Chief Exec cat doesn't do a lot... but he is old bless him.
I've raised a bug call and built a navigation... I think that's my lot for today. Might play with google maps.
I've had coffee, twice, tea once and some lunch.
I've posted a lot here (anyone noticed yet? no? good)
Sent a bunch of emails from my own laptop so it isn't part of the work system
Chatted on MSN
Booked some flights
And unpacked a parcel that arived for me (car kit stuff for my new phone)

I share my office with another person so I have to be a bit considerate when it comes to the volume I play my music at. At home I don't have to worry and I find that music really helps me concentrate.
I've got used to getting up at about 7 everyday now for ages.
Even before work I had the morning rushes into manchester to content with and as such had to be out of the house for 7.30 usually to get the buses to college and then Uni.
Even at the weekends I'm up early, that's if I've not had a crazy night out. Yesterday for example I was up for 7.45 doing my washing and a bit of cleaning...
i do some actual work, but not loads, im only a student on a work placement so its probably not a real job...

I have got pretty much every single job I've had so far, off the back of my Student placement, because I badgered them to let me do "something useful" so, if you use the LloydsTSB retail site, you'll be using my student placement stylesheets.
I've got placed because of that experience (almost 4 years ago) at my current "proper" job.
It all counts...
Work today is nice and relaxed, IU'm in a bit of emotional turmoil with something at home, so I'm glad to be sitting quietly with my MP3 player churning out a template and playing with AJAX later.
That is decent work experience... to get a bank on your CV before you graduated is excellent... you seem a very motivated women
