i love these ones i was offered 15 million dollars i emailed them back saying i wouldn't accept bank transfer but a cheque was perfectly acceptable for me.

Since they've got your new bank card, and PIN, you might as well request that they withdraw the cost of the postage directly from the account using an ATM, and then they can send the card to you. In fact, tell them they can take a 10% cut of the entire account's worth, just for their troubles, as they clearly are such nice people
