Purchasing an item on ebay from Germany?

I've just "won" an ebay auction from a german seller.

How does one go about paying them, if they don't use PayPal?
The total price is gonna be 25euro's I think inc P&P.

Easiest + secure way is travelers cheques, just not sure wht the minimum amount is. You can make a travelers cheque out in a persons name. Given the relatively small amount might be easier just to send the euros, doesent cost anything to get them from the post office, but you need to be careful how you post them to get them insured, again ask at post office.
