theres something about lazer tag, it just dosen't do it for me.

I think half the benefit is that tiny bit of a twitch you get from hering a pellet whistle by over your head. (its airsofts insainly high fire rate which does make me think less of it).

but lazer tag is hardly worth the 30 min train journey!

I know what you mean

A guy at my local (airsoft) site once used a 249 for about 10 secs, killed pretty much all the enemy but took out half of our team too

I used to play quite a lot while I was at Uni and while I was living in the US but I haven't really played much for a few years.

Does anyone know of any sites nearish to Oxford which allow/encourage walk on players rather than just the crappy corporate/stag do places?

Did you play tournament or woodsball ?

Sabotage just outside Buckingham would suit you down to the ground for walkons - only down side is the air situation ( BOC tanks , but bring a Dive tank if you want a decent fill ) its a great little site with a good friendly walkon community.

Its slightly less of a rush , but the Lazer tag they play at Sab is very very different to quasar especially if he's got the pyro's out.
