I used to play quite a lot while I was at Uni and while I was living in the US but I haven't really played much for a few years.

Does anyone know of any sites nearish to Oxford which allow/encourage walk on players rather than just the crappy corporate/stag do places?

There's a fair few places round the home counties way that do walk-on, team days.

I went to one once and the amount of paint flying was terrifying...

Have a google and phone a few up.

i'm up for that

i've only done paintballing once but it was great fun. I dont like the bright/bubble/blow-up environments though, the natural environments are much mroe fun

I went with my squadron last year and it was great fun until the last free-for-all round. That hurt... a lot. Someone shot me in my hand and I dropped my gun. Was screwed then .
Depending where abouts in the south it is, I may or may not need a place to crash, but would definately try to attend.
