Im on my third coke of the morning, god I hate working on a bank holiday
Had a couple of pints of John Smiths last night.
Milk'll do this morning though

I was good, had no booze at all last night for the first time in ages
Trying to cut down on the drink, was getting to the point where I was drinking a whole bottle of red wine a night, and it having no effect
Jon bought me a bottle of red on Friday, and I made it last two nights instead of one
Currently enjoying a large glass of Chateauneuf

Had two dry nights last week, though one was all coffee while I was out to a works dinner, and I was awake until 3pm!!
I found that the best way to knock the vino quantity down was that as soon as I would be about to have a glass....I drink a pint of waterbut then pour the red wine into my glass anyway. But after a pint of water the vino is soo much better and last forever!
Lasted an hour and not a minute then

It's a good plan that, I usually have the Incahol and a glass of water (or lemonade) on the go at the same time, It stops you gulping the wine coz you're thirsty. ...Just keep poking yourself in the eye with a straw... That always keeps me awake
