    lol, sure - people usually sit on the inside, unless you are outside catching the sun i guess

    back to topic - i think some people are saying it might be a pretty bad birdstrike

    He was on a return approach to the airfield, about 3 miles out, potentially losing power, your instinct is to get as much height as possible before you run out of engine, so you can trade altitude for speed in the glide, although saying that, it sounds like these guys didn't have the time to fill their pants before it all went horribly wrong

    usually trade speed for attitude to get more distance...but not sure if there was enough forward speed...
