Yeah, stress, most likely. All the advice given here is good. Try mild exercise before a warm shower and a read before bed, but talk to a doctor.
I am taking Malarone at the moment, for Malaria prevention, and it keeps me awake, so I sympathise a lot. I found that drugs are great, but that going to the hotel gym for 30 minutes and then having a shower and a read in the bar with a lemon tea does the job pretty well.
