Need some help
Set up a playtrade account on the 4th of April. Now I added my bank details (savings account) which were different to the debit card (payment account) I have on play.com It says this in the help section:
Can I spend the cash in my PlayFunds account immediately?
As a security feature, before you can spend or withdraw the money in your PlayFunds account you must register your bank details in the Account Preferences section of your PlayTrade account. 21 days after you register your bank details you may spend or withdraw money from your PlayFunds account.
Now its been over 21 days and still I am not able to spend my playtrade money on play.com Does anyone have any idea whats going on??? I have sent them an email (sent tot he technical web email address- only one i could find) Don't want to phone them as that would cost a lot.
