    T-Mobile Contract Question

Ok with T-Mobile on a 18 month contract about 5 months in maybe bit more.
Got a letter through door saying in june they are changing the Terms and Conditions on the contract, i remember a while back O2 did this and people could leave anytime into contract.

Does anyone know if this is the same case for t-mobile?

    Thanks Cozwin

    Re: T-Mobile Contract Question

I think it depends on how significant the changes to the terms and conditions are?

    Re: T-Mobile Contract Question

I think you can only get out of the contract if you can show that the changes will adversely affect you personally - so the above might count, your best bet is to ring them and say "your changing the terms, it could adversely affect me so therefore I want to terminate my contract" and see what they say.

Ideally you need to find the term that states this "get out clause" - it will be buried in there somewhere!
