tryed looking at the Davidoff web site and got this message

anyone got any ideas what this legislation is and why?

if you google it it comes up with 'This website is exclusively dedicated to information on smokers' items and accessories by Davidoff. Willkommen bei davidoff.com' so im guessing summin to do with the smoking ban....
