Sorry, but JD or stoli(not the best but the limit of my budget). Bitter on sunny afternoon in the beer garden.

Stevie Lee should simply be renamed Tangent

    @stevie lee
From what i remember (got some of this when it was brand new) the balls are solid plastic and have 2 small holes in, they are pretty big but smaller than a golf ball.

    Re: Fosters Scuba. Really nice

I do like a nice lager on a summer's afternoon or evening. I'm a big real ale fan too, but I want something cool and crisp when the weather's hot. Not all lager is watery, fizzy crap.

Unfortunately, Fosters is, and I doubt that a posh widget will change that fact. You'll never come across an Australian who drinks Fosters, which to me says it all. Fosters Export is tolerable though.

Hmm might have to give this Fosters Scuba a go at some point, but will it top the sheer brilliance that is Strongbow Cirrus????

    Re: Fosters Scuba. Really nice

As lager's go, I agree with Zak, Foster's Scuba does give a smoother lager though you definately have to pour it into a glass, cos the sound of the ball banging against the tin is really annoying!

As for the Warhammer uses for the widget, it's about the right size for a Tyranid spore mine

    Re: Fosters Scuba. Really nice

    too many posts to quote...

thanks steve and agent - didn't realise there was a 'random topic range' award..

still need the specific size, don't have a golf ball or tyranids so don't know the sizes of either... they have 6 different sizes of spore mine, in classic, collectors and current range so which do you mean?

schmunk - is this what you're looking for-Mineral water - Fosters Group Ltd
had a look at other product range, seem to be the fosters everyone knows..

I only rarely drink so any alcoholic drink is a new experience for me, not had chance to form any opinions on flavours or tastes on different types yet, but I expect to form some on fosters over the summer depending on how quick zak can measure his 'big black ball'...

and Lucio, if your ball slaps on the tin, then put some clothes on when lying in your chair...

Peroni sucks imo, its like drinking sandpaper and its pure hangover material.

currently i drink carling extra cold tops, effes when i can get it or Tennents 70 shilling when i can find a decent pint of it. The carling is just about better than the rest of the crap lagers my current locals sell.
