    Cartoonising pictures

    just wondering does anyone know a program where you can make normal photos look like cartoons? like a new filter on photoshop or something?

    Not sure about a program, but there'll be ways of doing it manually in photoshop if that's what you're after?

    You could make it into an Action if you really wanted..

    Otherwise, in Photoshop you can use Filters -> Artistic -> Cutout for a quick fix

    There is a cartoonising feature on photobucket as well (& other effects)... might not be perfect for you, but at least it's really quick & easy to have a go & might be good enough for what you want.
