Dont sell domains alone. it pees me off too, to come across those parked up pages with links to nowhere.

I have owned quite a few sites and know what I'm doing. Back in the days, my site had the number 1 spot in google for the search term 'webdesign'

This site is something I want to try, if it fails then oh well, you learn.
