Without posting rules the forums would fill up with spam and inane drivel.
The limitations and incentives that have been put in place are supposed to encourage members to stick around and contribute to the community.

Just to note, although the Scan postage offer is entirely within Scan's gift, the criteria is 20 constructive posts AND continuing contribution to the HEXUS forums - no signing up with 20 posts then disappearing

Are you trying to put people off staying?
I thought that however as it turns out it takes surprisingly little time to do, I have been actively posting for a year now and have over double that amount. Rewards are so much better if you take some time to get them.
