    so they have time and money to spend filtering out dissent and people looking at a certain incident that never happened, at a certain square....

    but not time to encourage pubilically funded institutes to not be involved in crime?

    The thing that i always find funny about these attempts, is how obviously fake they are. They could atleast make an effort to add a header or something I'm half tempted to send one back, saying their msn account is going to be closed unless they send £5 a month to this account or something, just to show them how to make it look slightly better

    actually they are actively monitoring publicly funded institutions but you will still get ppl who will try

    you will never hear about what happens to them
